Gerald Ledford Sr, 75, of Dover, passed away, Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. The son of Auto and Ollie Carpenter Ledford, he was born March 6, 1941 in Dover. He married Mary Harris March 29, 1959 at Pope County. He was a logger. His accomplishments included being a loving father, grandfather and he pioneered the Booger Hollow Tabernacle. He was an example of church discipleship. He was a member of the Booger Hollow Tabernacle where he was a pastor and sound technician. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, motor mechanics and motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Mary Ann Burton; two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; son, Gerald; daughter, Pat; sister, Beatrice of Dover.
