Funeral services for PFC Samuel E. Murph, native of Smackover who was killed in South Viet Nam, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Houma, La. Baptist Church. The body will be brought overland to Smackover where graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Hermen Grigesby, pastor of the Assembly of God Church, will conduct the services with interment to be under the direction of Young's. Jerry Kyle, uncle of the deceased is escorting the body back to the United States. Relatives will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jake L. Murph in Smackover.
