COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. - Trevor Knox Trumbo, 4, of Collierville, Tenn., was granted his Angel Wings on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, in Memphis, Tenn. He was born June 17, 2010, in Johnson, Ark., the son of Matthew Trumbo and Lisa Copley Trumbo.

He was preceded in death by his fraternal grandfather, Trent Trumbo.

Survivors include his parents, Matt and Lisa Trumbo of Collierville, Tenn.; brothers, Trenton and Hayes Trumbo of Collierville, Tenn.; maternal grandparents, John and Sandra Copley of Blue Grass, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Gary and his wife, Deborah Upp, of Texarkana, Texas; paternal grandmother, Becky Brogdon of Texarkana, Ark.; paternal grandmother, Amber Gaskill and husband, David, of Fayetteville, Ark.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, at Cross Church in Springdale, Ark. Private burial will be in Fairview Memorials Gardens Cemetery in Fayetteville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Please put Trevor Trumbo in the memo line of your check so the funds will go to Ependymoma research.
