Janice Louise Jorgenson Duguid, 61, of Smackover, passed away Dec. 12, 2016.
Janice was born in Camden, on May 25, 1955 to Addie and Ann Walker Jorgenson. She was a customer service representative at Snell Prosthetics and Orthotics Lab. Janice was a member of the Smackover First Assembly of God and she loved the Lord and everyone that knew her knew that.
Left to cherish Janice’s memory, are her husband Gene Duguid of Smackover; children, Paul Duguid and his wife, Loraine, of Lake Charles, La., and Kimberly Duguid of Dallas. Janice is also survived by her mother, Ann Walker Williams; sister, Lavonda Simpson of Norman, Okla.; grandchildren Nathan Cox, Daniel Duguid, and Delilah Duguid; as well as other family and friends.
Janice was preceded in death by her father, Addie Jorgenson.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 19, at the First Assembly of God of Smackover. Services will follow at 11 a.m. with Bro. Mark Stratton officiating. Burial will follow in Smackover Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be George “Tommy” Walker, Donald Duguid, Terry Tucker, Jake Jacobi, Larry Simpson, and James Richie.
