Bryon H. Glass age, 86 of Cabot, Ark., passed away April 29, 2014 at LRVA Hospital. He was born Sept. 12, 1927 in Rector, Ark.; he was the son of Rev. Jack Glass and Bertha Glass. Byron was a retired Army 1st Sergeant, Aviation Maintenance Instructor for SAU Tech and Pulaski Tech and a flight safety inspector for the FAA. He was a Mason and enjoyed flying, riding, motorcycles and tinkering on cars and planes.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Bertha Glass; and one brother, Gerald Glass.
Survivors include his wife, Danna Glass; children, Phoebe Glass Miller; son-in-law, Wes Miller, Lydia Loveless, Paul Ballard; grandchildren, Jack William Glass Pool, Emelia Jane Pool, Rachel Loveless, Spencer Loveless, and Liam Miller.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on May 9 at Lakewood United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, in Sherwood, Ark. Reception will be May 9 at 2 p.m. at Lakewood United Methodist Church.
