Wife of Virgil Lewis Payton, US ARMY, SSG, AFGHANISTAN, IRAQ, PERSIAN GULF, VIETNAM
Betty Sue Payton passed away August 19, 2014 at the age of 66 years. She was born February 25, 1948 in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Mrs. Payton was retired from Nabisco. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock. Preceding her in death were her parents Fred and Vaughtleen Kennedy and a brother Eddie Nelson.
Mrs. Payton is survived by her husband Virgil of Jacksonville; daughters Tina Sewell (Tommy)of Farmington, and Lisa Gilpin (George) of Greenbrier; sister Patricia Ann Hartwick of Guy; grandchildren Korey Hendrix, Kayla Gilpin and Cole Sewell.
Visitation will be Friday 6-8pm at Olmstead Chapel with the funeral service Saturday at 10:00am.
