Mr Eugene Duncan 82, of Coal Hill passed away Monday July 20, 2015 at his home. He was born July 16, 1933 in Ransom, Kansas to Carol and Ethel Schwindt Duncan.

Mr. Duncan was a truck driver for many years before retiring.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife.

He is survived by one son: Keith Duncan of Virginia; one daughter: Cheryl Bolling of Kansas; one sister Shirley Robinson of Kansas; eight grandchildren: Crystal Hale, Christie Fry, Casey Bliss, Cody Hamilton, Hope Duncan, Brittany Duncan, Brian Duncan, and Lacie Vazquez; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.


Doris E. Duncan, 70, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, at Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital in WaKeeney, Kan.

She was a native of Tribune, Kan., daughter of the late Floyd Walter and Mabel Madge Vaughn Wigton, graduate of Sharon Springs (Kansas) High School, and was preceded in death by one son, Kelly Duncan; two brothers, Glenn and Stanley Wigton; and one sister, Olive Dechant.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene Duncan of Hartman; one son, Keith Duncan and wife, Sherry, of Coal Hill; one daughter, Cheryl Hamilton-Bollig and husband, Fritz, of WaKeeney, Kan.; one brother, Bud Wigton and wife, Dorothy, of Penrose, Colo.; three sisters, Verla Parr of Inman, Kan., Marsha Johnson of Sharon Springs, Kan., and Marilyn Anderson and husband, Don, of Grand Junction, Colo.; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
