Springdale — Mrs. Lula H. Carter, 68, of 615 Maple Drive, was dead on arrival Wednesday afternoon at Springdale Hospital. Born June 23, 1903 at Greenland, she was the widow of Clay Carter, a Methodist and a retired saleslady.
She is survived by two brothers, Arthur Martin of Carroll Stream, Ill., and Paul Martin of Fayetteville and two sisters, Miss Lilie Martin and Miss Grace Martin, both of Fayetteville.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Sisco Funeral Home.
