Siloam Springs — Jeff Michael Six, infant son of Harold Dean and Connie Marie Church Six, died Wednesday in a Siloam Springs hospital. He was born June 14, 1985, at Siloam Springs.
Survivors, in addition to his parents of the home, are a brother, John Six of the home; a paternal grandfather, W.F. Six of Bixby, Okla.; a paternal grandmother, Bonnie Six of Pryor, Okla.; maternal grandparents, Faith and Martha Church of Siloam Springs; a maternal great-grandfather, Omar Adams of Siloam Springs; and a maternal great-grandmother, Eula Cothren of Siloam Springs.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Wasson Funeral Chapel with burial in Springtown Cemetery.
