Regina M. Buergler, 94, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on February 15, 2016.
She was born April 20, 1921 in Altus, Arkansas to the late Anton Joseph and Frances Timmerman-Buergler.
She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, former President of the Catholic Business Women’s Association, former head payroll at Harding Glass and an Oblate of St. Benedict.
She is survived by 2 nieces; Virginia Farney of Prairie Village, Kansas and Julie Wing of Warsaw, Missouri, 2 nephews; Steve Buergler of Belton, Missouri and Mark Buergler of Springfield, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by 1 brother Rupert Buergler, sister-in-law JoAnn Peak and one niece Regina W. Buergler.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Christ the King Little Stone Chapel 1920 S Greenwood Ave Fort Smith, Arkansas with Interment to follow at 3:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Altus, Arkansas. Rosary will be held 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Christ the King Little Stone Chapel. Arrangements under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
