Jerry Faught of Ozark, died, Sunday, December 29, 2013 at his home.
Born October 14, 1931 in the Jethro Community to Leonard and Elizabeth Davis Faught.

He was a retired principal in the Van Buren School District from 1971-1993. He was a Veteran of the Korean War. Jerry worked as the curriculum coordinator for Southside School District and served as Administrative Assistant to Director Bishop John Yanta in the War on Poverty Program in San Antonio, Texas.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Cletus Faught.

He is survived by his wife, Valeria Swierc Faught; two sons, Khay and his wife Shelly Faught of Alma, Arkansas, Jeff and his wife Kassi Faught of Russellville, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Olivia Faught of Alma and Chyna Faught of Russellville, Arkansas and a step grandson, Tyler Grant of Fayetteville; a sister, Peggy Richardson and a brother, James Faught both of Alma.

Pallbearers will be sons, Jeff and Khay Faught, Tyler Grant, Larie Davis, Curtis Richardson and Armand Manka.

Visitation and Rosary will be at 6:00 PM Thursday, January 2nd at Shaffer Funeral Home with Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Altus, Arkansas at 10:00 AM, January 3, 2014 with burial at Saint Mary's Cemetery.
