Nora Winifred Murray Peters McKown, 79, of Ozark died Saturday, July 24, 2010, in Ozark. She was born Feb. 8, 1931, in Branford, Conn.

She was a nursing home health aide; a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, TOPS in Arkansas and Texas, Christ the King Church Ladies Auxiliary in Belton, Texas.

She was the widow of John McKown and Kenneth Fetters Sr.

Rosary was at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Burial was at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery in Altus under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

She is survived by two daughters, Margaret Fetters of Ozark and Mary Fetters of Broomfield, Colo.; five sons, Jason Stivers and Alan Fetters, both of North Little Rock, Kenneth Fetters of Benton, Timothy Fetters of Texas and John Fetters of Springfield, Mo.; four sisters, Elaine Timmerman of Ozark, Jeanie Duerr and Peggy Post, both of Altus, and Diana Phillips of Hartman; one brother, Joseph Murray of Ithaca, Neb.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
