FAYETTEVILLE — Cullman D. "Jack" Carver, 85, of Fayetteville died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born March 31, 1928, in Piper, Ala., the son of Frank Carver and Velma Morton Carver.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jim Carver; and all of his four siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle Carver of the home; daughter, Cullene Clayton and her husband, Jim, of Bella Vista, Ark.; stepson, Michael Skinner of Bella Vista; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fayetteville National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
