Jerry Len Tubberville, 54, of Mulberry, Arkansas, died Friday, July 31, 2015 in Mulberry. He was born July 4, 1961 in Houston, Texas, to Murphy Tubberville and Grace Ruth Menshew Tubberville, and was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Murphy Tubberville, Jr.
He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Ozark. He was a truck driver and US Marine Corps veteran.
Survivors include his wife Regina Morgan Tubberville, daughter Kaylen, and son Joshua. He was also survived by his mother Ruth Mathews of Louisiana, and sisters Linda Palmer and Pam Brown of Louisiana and Carolyn Elee of Alabama.
Funeral service was held at 2:00PM Saturday, August 1st at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Aaron Medlock officiating and burial at Rankin Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. The family visited with friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service.
