Helen Lorene Johnson, 62, of Hartman died Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith.

She was a native of Spurger, Texas, daughter of the late James Monroe and Jewell Ray Perkins Warren, member of Hartman Baptist Church, graduate of Hartman High School, and preceded in death by one brother, J.R. Warren; and one sister, Joyce Kiger.

Survivors include her husband, Charles R. Johnson; one daughter, Misty Dillinger of London; two sons, Charles Russell Johnson and John Michael Johnson, both of Hartman; two sisters, Cathy Campbell of South West City, Mo., and Linda Johnson of Knoxville; six brothers, J.R. Warren of Arizona, Leroy Warren of Clarksville, Billy Warren of Hunt, Tommy Warren of Hartman, Pat Warren of Knoxville, and Doyle Warren of Fort Smith; nine grandchildren, Michelle Johnson, Peyton Johnson, Blake Johnson, Richard Johnson, Mikala Johnson, Quinton Johnson, Kerstin Wilson, Lauren Johnson, and Jeremiah Johnson; four stepgrandchildren, Chelsea Dillinger, Payton Dillinger, Devin Thompson, and Justin Mayfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, March 7, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Grady Glass and Rev. Billy Mack Smith officiating. Burial was in Hartman Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Duel Miller, Lonnie Wilson, Ronnie Dillinger, Shawn Thompson, David Owens, Matt Roberts, Scott Campbell, and Michael Mooney.
