Arlon Lester Strope, 94, of Altus died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014, in Ozark. He was retired from Cargill. He was born Jan. 21, 1920, in Altus.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Nichols Chapel Cemetery in Altus under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.
He is survived by two daughters, Linda Epperson of Hartman and Ruth Bennett of Ozark; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
