Blaine Allen Ritchie was born May 9, 2003, to his parents in Clarksville, Arkansas, and went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2014, in Clarksville, at the age of 11. He was a student at Kraus Middle School, attended church at Fernwood Assembly of God, and loved sports- especially football and baseball.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, David Haddock, Donnie Ritchie and Margo Ritchie.
Blaine is survived by his parents: Robbie and Jeannie Haddock Ritchie of Clarksville; a sister, Meadow Skye Ritchie of Clarksville; a brother, Levi Ritchie of Rogers, Arkansas; a grandmother, Wilma Haddock; a great-grandmother, Shirley Holliman; an Aunt, Misty Thomas and husband, Bill; two Uncles Uncles: Donnie Ritchie and wife, Carol; Teddy Ritchie and wife, Sylvia; twelve cousins: Kendra Haddock, Brooklyn and Miranda Thomas; Junior Walker, Jason, Donald, Larry and Desiree Ritchie; Hollyanne and Corey Ritchie, Samantha Pinon and husband, Richard.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at Fernwood Assembly of God Church in Hartman, Arkansas, with Brother David Willis, Brother Jonia Smith, and Jeff Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Hunt, Arkansas.
A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at Fernwood Assembly of God Church in Hartman, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be in memory of Blaine to the Blaine Ritchie Family Benefit account at any Bank of the Ozarks branch.

Early Wednesday morning on November 12th, 11-year-old Blaine Ritchie died after his parents were unable to rescue him from a house fire in Johnson County, Arkansas. His six-year-old sister Meadow was taken to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock with severe burns. Their parents, Robbie and Jeannie Ritchie, also suffered burns and were airlifted to the University of Arkansas For Medical Sciences hospital in Little Rock.
