Luther Freeman Hardin, 69, of Ozark died April 3, 2012, in Clarksville.
He was born Aug. 12, 1942, in Oark to Burr C. and Dessie Hill Harden.

He was bus driver for the Ozark School District for 25 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Luther (Cricket) Freeman Hardin II; one grandson, Ricky Hardin, II; and two brothers, Kenneth Hardin and Gene Hardin.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Shaffer Funeral Home with Brother Darryl Stevens officiating with burial at Jackson Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Juanita Whitcomb Hardin; three daughters, Vicky Wilson and husband Stanley of Ozark, Christina Morris and husband Greg of Cecil and Myra Cline and husband Rick of Ozark; one son, Ricky Hardin of Ozark; five sisters, Molly Dickerson of Clarksville, Lois Brown of Harrison, Velma Stone of Dodge City, Kan., Leann Pelts of Clarksville and Berneice Cowell of Ozone; two brothers, Calvin Harden of Texas and Glen Harden of Pleasant View; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Kyle and Cole Wright, Trista and Tory Casey, Josh and Jaylan Thomas, Colton Wilson and Trenton Hardin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sherri Lane, Lorrie Casey, Maxine Elder, Phyllis Archer, Hazel Nichols, Janet Murphy and Susan Bushmiaer.
