William Ray "Billy" Raggio, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He was born November 11, 1959 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico to Freddie Ray Raggio and Ida Kate (Armstrong) Raggio. He was 55 years old.

He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Ray Raggio.

Billy was plant manager and worked for Harry G Barr Company in Fort Smith for the past 37 years. He was a 1978 graduate of County Line High School, an avid hunter and fisherman, and was a member of Caulksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 4th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Jimmy Cook officiating. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Tina (Ramsey) Raggio; one daughter, Whitney Brown and husband Casey of Charleston; one son, Zach Raggio and wife Alyssa of Hendersonville, North Carolina; his mother, Kaye Raggio of Booneville; one sister, Janice Burrus and husband Gary of Fort Smith; one brother, Bobby Raggio and wife Paulette of Booneville; two grandchildren, Hagen and Kelby.

Pallbearers will be Larry Lux, Eddie Hutchins, Jerry Cook, Roger Goodson, Charley Smith, Steven Little, and Chuck Crabtree.
