Anthony Francis Classen, 88, of Charleston died Saturday, June 6, 2015, in Fort Smith.
He was born July 14, 1926, in Charleston.
He was the widower of Deloris Classen.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and worked at Rheem Manufacturing. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston.
Rosary service will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston with burial with military honors at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Charleston.
He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Doss of Central City and Loretta Smithson of Fayetteville; two sons, Phillip Classen of Miami Beach and John Classen of Charleston; one sister, Loretta Weber of Portland, Ore.; one brother, Al Classen of Vancouver, Wash.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bill and Duane Schmalz, Steve and David Haney, John Huck, Jr., and Eric Smithson.
