L V Case, 70 of Altus, Arkansas died Thursday, April 6, 2016 in Altus.
He was a Farmer, born July 8, 1945 in Fallsville, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Tammy Fullen, a son Michael Case; his mother Dorcus Evon Martin Case, a brother J.C. Case, and grandfather, Alec Martin.
L V is survived by five children, Beverly Shipp of Mountainburg; Kenneth Case of Morehead City, North Carolina; Crystal Adkison of Forestville, New York; April Richard and husband Jimmy of Ozark, Arkansas; and Sandy Warden and husband Kenneth also of Ozark; a sister, Sue Sams; two brothers, Randy Markes and Danny Markes; seventeen grandchildren: Jessica Smith, Jacob Flippin, Alex Sampley, Candy Dooley, Jessie Balderas, Sara Case-Browwn, Olivia Shipp, Josie Shipp, Sierra Case, Levi Case, Madison Case, Allison Adkison, T. J. Richard, Tyler Richard, Toby Richard, Kenneth Warden, IV, and Kaleb Warden; and six great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are Grandsons, Jacob Flippin, T. J. Richard, Tyler Richard, Toby Richard, Kenneth Warden, IV, Kaleb Warden, Alex Sampley, and Levi Case. Honorary pallbearers are Larry McCartney, Glen Price, Larry Canfield, Jackie Williams, Carl Day, and Ben Pelts.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 11, 2016 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jeff Jackson officiating and burial at Houston Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
