LITTLE ROCK — Georgia Olinghouse, 92, of Little Rock, Ark., died Monday, Dec. 16, 2013. She was born Nov. 16, 1921, in Belleville, Ark., the daughter of E.G. Follendore and Mary Ellen White Follendore.
She graduated from Belleville High School and the Arkansas School of Nursing. She was a member of Upper Spring Baptist Church in Belleville, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burney H. Olinghouse; and a son, Buddy H. Olinghouse.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon K. Thomas; and a granddaughter, Angela L. Harris.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Ark.
The family requests that memorials in her name be sent to The Arkansas Arthritis Foundation, 10 Corporate Hill Drive No. 340, Little Rock, AR 72205.
