Obituary

Lou Gulley Condrey was born July 29, 1933 at Twin Creek near Melbourne, Arkansas. She went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on April 10, 2013 in Batesville, Arkansas. She was married to Jimmie Rue Condrey on April 26, 1952. To this union four children were born; Peggy Carter (husband Larry), Darrell Condrey (wife Silka), Gary Don Condrey (wife Debbie), and the late Bobby Dean Condrey.

Lou was a member of the Herpel Missionary Baptist Church as well as a retired cafeteria worker at the Mountain View School.

She leaves behind eleven greatly loved grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alonza and Sallie (Thompson) Gulley; her beloved husband, Jimmy Rue Condrey; a son Bobby Dean Condrey, a great-grandson, Tanner Lawrence, four sisters, and five brothers.

A visitation will take place on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 6-8PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2013, 2:00PM at Herpel Missionary Baptist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas. Brother Anthony Shipman is officiating. Interment will follow at Herpel Cemetery.

Pallbearers are J.L. Brewer, Tommy Condrey, Dan Buckingham, Boyd Earley, Mark Martin, and Kenny Hutson. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Mitchell, Vernon Marsolf, Nicholas Fisher, Tony Edington, and The Members of the Herpel Missionary Baptist Church.
