Eva Lou Turnham, 79, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Thursday, January 5, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was born August 24, 1937 in Oden, Arkansas.
She was a retired Activity Director from Medi-Home Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Abbey Gail Walls Goodner; her husband, Harold Titsworth; her twin sister, three other sisters, and four brothers; four grandchildren; and two gret-grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Danny Titsworth of Red Banks, Mississippi; three daughters, Pamela King of Athens, Texas, Donna Gillean of New Albany, and Lisa Gortemiller of Ozark; twelve grandchildren, thiry-four great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tom Acord officiating and burial at Mt. View Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers are grandsons, Dustin, Trevor and Kristopher Gortemiller, Travis Clock, Danny Wolf, and Blake Campbell. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Ashley, Avery Hills, Chad Potts, and Rod, Mike, Mitch and Allen Titsworth.
