David Charles Lovell, age 60, of Gravette died Dec. 7, 2012, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
He was born in Portales, N.M., on Jan. 29, 1952, to Harvey and Media (Smith) Lovell.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Meleta Lovell; daughters, Shellie Fox (Mark) of Rogers, Cerri Ford (Richard) of Hindsville, Charlana Melton (Charles) of Dumas, Texas, Rebecka Wilkinson (Steven) of Navarre, Fla.; sisters, Lucille Cook of Oklahoma City, Okla., Louellen Faerber of Spring Hill, Fla., Elaine Brown of Boston, Mass.; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Monroe Lovell, Gene Lovell, John Lovell; and a sister, Janiss Hare.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at Mountain View Cemetery in Ozark. A drop-in reception will begin at 4 p.m. at the home of Shellie Fox.

Cremation arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers,
