Clois Ray Hill, 76, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Sunday, March 13, 2016, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He was born December 11, 1940, in Ozark.
He was a member of Freedom of Faith Tabernacle of Ozark, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his wife Billie Verner Hill; his parents, Art and Iva Cowan Hill, and two sisters, Lotha Scott and Alma Carlton.
He is survived by his children, Pat Hicks and husband Jeffery of New Blaine, Arkansas, and Randy Hill and wife Pam of Altus, Arkansas; a sister Lena Ellison of Charleston; and four grandchildren: Marcus Hicks, Kimberly Bartlett, Melissa Stamatis, and Hannah Hill.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Freedom of Faith Tabernacle in Ozark with Brother Ricky Jackson officiating and burial at Mt. View Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers are Ronnie Bugg, John McLaughlin, Lionel Elder, Scott Mainer, Kenneth Easom, and Charles Dickerson. Honorary pallbearers are past and present employees of Arkansas State Highway Department who worked with Clois.

Billie Hill of Ozark(Franklin County), Arkansas, died Monday, in Ozark. She was born in Ozark, Arkansas to Robert and Beatrice(Nordin) Verner.
Se was a floor supervisor at Ozark Nursing Home for 32 years.
Billie was a member of Freedom of Faith Tabernacle Church of Ozark, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by one sister: Polly elder.
Billie is survived by her husband: Clovis Hill of the ome; one daughte: Patricia Hick of New Blaine, Arkasas; one son: Randy Hill of Altus, Arkansas; five sisters: Betty Bicknel of Temple, Texas, JoAnn Edgin of California, Katie Moreland of Van Buren, Arkansas, Peggy Standidge of Ozark, Arkansas, and Judy Mayner of Ozark, Arkansas; one brother: Pete Verner of Mulberry, Arkansas; and four grandchildren: Marc Hicks, Hannah Hill, Kim Hicks, and Melissa Hill.
Funeral services was held at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2008, at Freedom of Faith Tabernacle in Ozark, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were: Greg Easorn, Curtis Campbell, Curtis Hillard, Bobby Standridge, Scott Mayner, and Ray Qualls.
Honorary pallbearers were: Rowena Easom, Karen Bowen, Melanie Lewis, Bobby Penix, Ernestine Morton, Maxann Pledger, and Bea Taylor.
