Cynthia L. Dhalluin, 55, of Ozark died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, in Ozark.
She was born July 8, 1957, in Pryor, Okla.
She was a Christian and a caregiver for Friendship Community Care.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Mountain View Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.
She is survived by a daughter, Jamie Goephart of Ozark; her mother, Hazel Butler; and two sisters, Christy Fisher of Ozark and Cathy Steidley of Leslie.
