Marion L. Lewis, 65, of Jacksonville, Texas, formerly from Paris, Arkansas died Sunday, June 5, 2005, in Jacksonville, Texas. He retired from Campfire Charcoal in Jacksonville after 36 years as plant manager. He was a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Stephanie Highfiled, parents Joe Elmer and Lucile Lewis; brothers, Joe Lewis Jr, Raymond Lewis and Darrel Lewis; sisters, Irene Koch and Doylene Tillman.

Visitation for Jackie Brooks Lewis 73, of Jacksonville will begin Sunday, March 20, 2016 with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 pm at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.

She was born October 23, 1942 in Ratcliff, Arkansas, to Jasper Jackson Brooks and Emma Agnes Tygart.

Mrs. Lewis was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

She worked in manufacturing and was a quality specialist for Cardinal Health for 38 years.

Mrs. Lewis passed away March 17, 2016 in Tyler.

Mrs Lewis was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion Lewis; brother, Guy Brooks; and grandchild, Stephanie Highfield.

She is survived by; son, Richard Lewis and wife Kimberly, Jacksonville; daughters, Yvonne Lewis, Bullard, Robin Washington and husband Marlon, Jacksonville, Janice Oeffner and husband Anthony, McGregor; grandchildren, Ryan Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Misty Moralles, Kyle Lewis, Ashley Wiegman, Lindsey Wiegman, Brant Lewis and Jonathan Lewis; 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
