William Allen King, 71, of Branch passed away July 27, 2015, in Charleston.
He was born January 30, 1944, in Charleston to Frank King and Delphene Holt King.
He was a US Army veteran, a member of Branch First Baptist Church and attended First Assembly of God in Paris. He loved gardening, animals and his dogs, Katie and Foxy.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Anna King of the home; two stepdaughters, Vicki Horn of Paris and Debbie Warren of Magazine; a sister, Hazel Gumm of Independence, Mo.; three grandchildren, Mike Madden, Jessica Kenley and Kole Horne; two stepgrandchildren, Lisa Thorne and Kayla Cowart; and six greatgrandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Robert Waldron, Kile Horne, Mike Madden, Marvin Wiggins, Brad Curtis and Tim Warren. Honorary pallbearers will be Wes Powell, Scott Snow, Charlie Knowles and Jim Sidwell.
