Leonard Nicholas Huck, who resided in Branch, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011 in Fort Smith.
He was born August 15, 1925 in Ratcliff to the late Lewis Huck and Christine (Baumgartner) Huck. He was 85 years old.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Alice Ann Huck; one sister, Kay Kleck and brother, Louis Huck.

Leonard was a retired dairyman and farmer. He was an Army veteran of WWII, member of the VFW, Catholic War Veterans, Arkansas Cattleman's Association, and member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Ratcliff.

Rosary service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 28th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston. Burial will be at St. Anthony Cemetery, north of Ratcliff, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gertrude; five daughters, Cecilia Luther and husband Greg of Little Rock, Martha Bearden and husband Alan of Fayetteville, Idella Hiatt of Charleston, Janice Willems and husband Harry of Little Rock, and Mary Keeton and husband Neal of Branch; three sons, Rick Huck and wife Paula of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Alvin Huck and wife Evelyn and Randy Huck and wife Laura, both of Tontitown; two sisters, Isabelle Soller of Ratcliff and Mag Kleck of Fort Smith; (22) grandchildren and (8) great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Greg Luther, Alan Bearden, Harry Willems, Neal Keeton, Shawn Lovett, and Monte Harrel.
