David Lee Fulbright, 68, of Ozark, Arkansas, died, Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was retired from Cass Job Corps as a night shift supervisor. He was a member of The Cecil First United Methodist Church He was a member of the Eagles Organization in Altus.. He was born September 28, 1944 in Bauxite, Arkansas to Lee David and Bertie Wilson Fullbright. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Fullbright and his father.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, 17, 2013 at Shaffer Funeral Home chapel with Brother Jerry Eubanks officiating with burial at a later date.
He is survived by his mother; two daughters, Shannon Keech of Altus, Arkansas and Karla Rozell of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one sister, Wanda Bowling of Red Oak, Texas; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
