Guy "Bunky" Patrick, Jr of Ozark died Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in Ozark. He was retired from Arkansas Valley Electric. He was born January 31, 1931 in Jethro Community to Guy and Mary Bond Patrick. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Nina, son, David Patrick; and great grandson, Kenneth Bearden III. Guy is survived by daughters, Judy Vest of Wichita, Kansas, Connie Welch of Florida, and Cathy Dennis of Russellville; son, Jackie Patrick of Cass, Arkansas; step sons, Mike Warren of Fort Smith and Randy Warren of Ozark; twelve grandchildren, twenty- two great grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, February 28th at 10:00 AM at Highland Cemetery in Ozark under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

Nina Fay Patrick, 72, of Ozark died Wednesday, May 9, 2012, in Fort Smith. She was born October 8, 1939, in Bethel, Oklahoma, to L H "Dick" and Anna Black Clayborn. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by one son, David Wayne Patrick.
Graveside service will be held at 10 am today at Highland Cemetery with Shelby Floyd officiating, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband, Guy Patrick, Jr of Ozark; children, Michael Warren of Fort Smith, Randall Warren of Ozark, Connie Welch of Clermont, Florida, Cathy Dennis of Russellville, Judy Vest of Springdale and Jackie Patrick of Cass; brother, Jimmy Clayborn of Rudy; sisters, Joyce Harris of Wichita Falls, Texas, Sue Marvel of Clarksville, Judy Ann Ingram of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Jeanie Clayborn of Boston, Texas, Vicki McKenny of Ozark, Tammy Mason of Bentonville and Shirley Bly of Ozark; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
