V.L. "Jack" Legg, 85, of Alma, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Fort Smith.
He was born December 29, 1931 in Avery, TX to the late Eugene and Mattie Legg.
He was a retired die mounter for Mead Container in Fort Smith; and attended First Assembly of God in Van Buren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Harlena Legg.
He is survived by a daughter, Janet Strunk and husband Mark of Alma; and a host of friends and family.
Funeral service is 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2017 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
