LOWELL — Nola Farmer, 82, of Lowell died Jan. 11, 2005, at her home. She was born Nov. 12, 1922, at Cove to Walter and Della Hayes Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of Hickory Creek Baptist Church. She was an Air Force veteran of World War II
and was one of the first WAFS to go overseas. She was preceded in death by one son, Billy Farmer.
Survivors include her husband, Quinton B. Farmer; one daughter, Dolores Trull of Lowell; four sisters, Dorothy Sandlin of Sun City, Ariz., Louise Bennett of Fort Smith, Bettie Jones of Fort Worth, Texas, and Katie Abernathy of Mount Ida.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hickory Creek Baptist Church in Lowell with the Rev. Raymond Martin officiating.
Burial will be in Farmington Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 610 E. Emma Ave., Springdale, 72764.
