Norma Lee White Seay of Calico Rock, Arkansas.
Norma Lee White Seay, daughter of the late Charlie White and Elsie Whiteaker White, was born December 17, 1930 in Wideman, Arkansas. She departed this life March 30, 2017 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 86 years, 3 months and 13 days. She was united in marriage to Glenn Harold Seay January 31, 1948 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, homemaker and friend. She was employed by Baxter Lab in Mountain Home, retiring after 26 years of employment. She was of the Presbyterian faith and a long time member of Pineville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Terry and Marcia Seay of Pineville; two daughters and two sons-in-law: Connie and Richard Turner of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Marcia Kay and Kenny Willis of Batesville; two sisters: Mary Holden (Paul) of Goshen, Arkansas and Mildred Self (Clayton) of Sun City, Arizona; six grandchildren: Lance Turner (Laura) of Sherwood, Sarah Smith (Ward) Stuttgart, Jason Seay (Candice) of Pineville, Kasey Jenkins (Eric) of Calico Rock, Chelsea Willis of Batesville and Kendra Colton (Jermey) of Jonesboro; five great grandchildren: Jacob Seay, Jeremiah Seay, Lane Smith, Londyn Smith, Elizabeth Turner; her care giver: Donna Almon of Mountain Home; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by her husband: Glenn Harold Seay and three brothers: Hayes White, Charles White and Joe Paul White.
Visitation and funeral service will be Monday, April 3, 2017 at Calico Rock Funeral Chapel with Wayne Wood and Toby Davis officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 noon. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Pineville Cemetery under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
Memorials may be made to Pineville Cemetery, P. O Box 256, Pineville, AR 72566.
Pallbearers: Richard Turner, Kenny Willis, Lance Turner, Jermey Colton, Eric Jenkins and Jason Seay.
Honorary Pallbearers: Darrell Killian, William Earl Estes, Jim Mitchell, Steve White and Curtis White.
