SHEARER, David - David Shearer of Rogers died on Saturday night following a stroke of paralysis a few days before. He was 72 years of age. Burial was made Sunday afternoon in the Hart cemetery south of Rogers. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. G.C. Harris at the home Sunday afternoon with burial in the Hart cemetery in charge of J.W. Bryant. His widow and two sons, Walter of Cave Springs, and Will, also a daughter, Mrs. Lou Steel, living southeast of Bentonville, survive.
