FAYETTEVILLE — Juanita Violet Williams, 85, of Fayetteville died April 6, 2004, at Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 4 1919, in Wray, Colo., to James Ernest and Gilberta Guernsey Wages. She was a retired nurse and a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Okla.

Survivors include two sons, John Holm of West Fork and LeRoy Holm of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three daughters, Pat Bale of Fayetteville, Judy Perky of South Dakota and Melissa Williams of Chicago, Ill.; one sister, Joann Sexton of Cheyenne, Wyo.; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Blackburn Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Moore's.

Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 521 S. Rock, Suite 101, Little Rock, 72202.
