Cory Dillon Kellems, age 24, of Ash Flat, AR passed away on Monday June 27th, 2016 at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR. Cory was born June 1st, 1992 to Phyllis McClurg Delaney in West Plains, MO. He attended school at Ozarka College in Ash Flat majoring in Aviation. He very much enjoyed being with his family and friends. His absolute favorite hobby was playing video games.
Cory is survived by his mother and stepfather, Michael Delaney of the home, sisters Amanda Hunter of Cherokee Village, Tiffany Kellems of Cherokee Village, brothers Blaine Walls of Bull Shoal's, Eric Kellems of Leasburg, MO, Jeremy Kellems of Ash Flat, Geoffrey Kellems of Agnes, Torre Sutton of Jacksonville, NC; stepsisters Rachael Manes of Little Rock, Rebecca Delaney of Ash Flat, stepbrother Joseph Delaney of Poughkeepsie; several nieces and nephews and many, many, many friends.
A visitation will be held Friday July 1st, 2016 from 4 PM - 8 PM at Wortham Funeral Home Oak Hill Chapel in Highland, AR. A funeral service will be held Saturday July 2nd, 2016 at the Christ Vision Ministry in Ash Flat beginning at 2 PM with Pastor Mike Engles officiating. Interment will be held at Wiles Cemetery in Ash Flat. Pallbearers will be Bobby York, Andy Mott, Chris Mott, Justin Ruby, Lee Sturtzee, Ray Allard, and Brandon Chrisco.
