Lola Rackley Rooney Bollier, age 88, of Greenbrier, Arkansas, passed away on June 22, 2016. Born on September 22, 1927 in Wolf Bayou, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Arlie Rackley and Blanche Sartain Rackley.
Lola was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands James Rooney and Bob Bollier, her daughter Alice Rooney Henson, her sister Helena Rooney and her brothers Herbie , Lee, Ollie, Clarence and Jake Rackley.
She is survived by her son Eugene Rooneyand his wife Jennifer, her sister Mary Waters, her sister-in-law Cynthia Bollier, her brother-in-law Wellldon Bollier, her grandchildren James Rooney and his wife Amelia, Rebecca Jones and her husband Callvin, Terrie Strain and her husband Jason, Steve Rooney and his wife Sarah, Morgan Rooney, Joseph Rooney, Lilly Rooney, Whitney Henson and Tonya Henson, and 10 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bollier is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Bollier's caregiver Teresa Olah.
Visitation will be heldfrom 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, June23, 2016 at Olmstead Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Copperas Springs Cemetery with Bro. Tim Brewer officiating. Pallbearers will be James Rooney, Steve Rooney, Morgan Rooney, Joseph Rooney, Jason Strain, Ethan Rooney and C.J. Jones.
