Mrs. Avie Edith Bane, 54, of 565 Arkansas died in a Little Rock hospital Wednesday morning. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Proctors Funeral Home. Mrs. Bane was a member of the Fairview Methodist Church and had lived in Camden for approximately 25 years. She is survived by her husband, Burel B. Bane; one son, Burel A. Bane of Camden; two daughters, Mrs. Darwin May, Camden, and Mrs. Jerry Johnson, Cleveland, Miss.; her father, A. J. Womack, Camden; four brothers, Cornelius Womack, Bell Gardens, Calif., J. A. "Dooley" Womack, Camden, Troy Womack, Camden and Loy Womack, Panama City, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Billy Joe Burson, Arkadelphia, and Mrs. Paul Simpson, Camden; and seven grandchildren.
