Donald Eugene "Butch" Dickison, 74, died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR.

He was born June 11, 1938, in Brawley, California, to George and Vida Bellamy Dickison and had lived most of his life in Lawrence County.

He retired in 2001 from GDX manufacturing in Batesville and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Lynn.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Hardaway, Vaughn and George Lee Dickison.

He is survived by his wife, Lanoe Dickison of the home; daughters, Janie Watson of Jesup, Barbie Mayland (Stanley) of Strawberry, Kellie Cooper (Eric) of Calamine; sisters, Frances Campbell of Spring Valley, California and Helen Oliver (Jim) of Lynn; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-great grand-children.

Funeral Services were held at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church at Lynn. Burial was in the Saffell Cemetery under the direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Lynn.

Lanoe Dickison, 82 of Strawberry passed away June 3, 2023, at White River Medical Center in Batesville with family by her side.

She was born February 8, 1941 in Saffell, AR to Henry Oral Gray & Gladys (Sharp) Gray. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a store owner for many years before retiring from White Rodger in 2006.

Lanoe was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald "Butch" Dickison, to whom she was married to for 54 years; brother, H.W. Gray and 2 sisters: Julia Vaulner & Jane Holder.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Janie (Frankie) St.John of Cave City, Barbie (Stanley) Mayland of Strawberry & Kellie (Eric) Cooper of Strawberry; 7 grandchildren: Blake (Brandi) Howard of Strawberry, Brice (Holly) Howard of Paragould, Jake (Corinna) Mayland of Strawberry, Jill (Chance) Baxter of Batesville, Josh (Tia) Mayland of Pocahontas, Tyler Cooper of Strawberry and Kaelyn Cooper of Strawberry. 17 Great Grandchildren and many other loved ones and friends.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Blake Howard, Brice Howard, Jake Mayland, Josh Mayland, Tyler Cooper & Chance Baxter.

Serving as honorary pallbearers are all of Lanoe's great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday June 6, 2023 from 12pm-2pm at the Saffell Missionary Baptist Church in Saffell.
