Obituary
Steven Lynn Evans, 50, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2015. Steven was born on March 22, 1964 in Manila, Arkansas to Curtis Franklin and Dora (Eversoll) Evans. Steven was of the Southern Baptist faith and worked in receiving at Wal-Mart.
Steven is survived by his mother, Dora Evans of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother, Dereth Rehbein and wife Bobbi of Chandler, Oklahoma; three aunts, Rosie Mitchell and husband Bobby, Earnestine McDaniel, and Freda Conner; one uncle, John Zeno, along with many extended family and friends.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Franklin Evans, and his grandmother, May Zola Reeves.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, January 8, 2015, from 12:00-2:00PM at Flatwoods Church in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00PM also at Flatwoods Church. Interment will be at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Steven’s friends and family. Honorary pallbearer is his uncle John Zeno.
