Mason Louis Gillihan son of Carolyn Louise Blevins Gillihan and the late Don Alton Gillihan was born July 12, 1968, in Kansas City, Missouri.
He was united in marriage to Kathleen Elizabeth Kenna June 21, 2007, in Ash Flat, Arkansas. He departed this life November 5, 2014, at his home in Melbourne.
He spent his life as a son, brother, husband, and self employed H.V.A.C contractor.
He is survived by: His wife Kathleen Gillihan of the home; his mother: Carolyn Gillihan of Melbourne; two brothers: Mitchell Gillihan of Stilwell. Kansas and Mathew Gillihan of Las Cruces, New Mexico; numerous aunts and uncles: Charles Gillihan, Gerald Gillihan of Liberty, Missouri, Don and Beverly Glasser of Violet Hill, Arkansas, Lindle and Carolyn Blevins of Violet Hill, and Larry and Wanda Gillihan of Kansas City, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by: his father; two uncles: Dwayne Blevins and Doy Gillihan; and a host of other relatives and many good friends.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Combs Cemetery in Melbourne, Arkansas with Brother Rick Burke officiating under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held at the Howard Memorial Chapel in Melbourne, Arkansas at 8:00 a.m. November 8, 2014.
Pallbearers: Donald Glasser, Daniel Glasser, Brooks Blevins, Kermit Blevins, Isaac Gillihan, Bryan Blevins
