Bobbie J. Cates, 79, of Vilonia, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009.
Born in Emmett, AR on July 24,1930, she was a daughter to the late Lynn and Clara (Byers) Gist.
Bonnie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a member of Beryl Baptist Church.
A sister Minnie Richards and three brothers: James Gist, Buddy Gist and Bill Gist also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving husband Troy Cates; children James Mann (Cindy) of Bigelow, AR, Nelda Myers (Rick) of Red Feather, CO, Mary Jo Stanton (Bill) of Sherwood, AR and Marjorie Sowell (Bill), Anita Hardester (Dennis) and Ann Daniel (Steve) all of Vilonia; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and a host of friends.
Burial was at Beryl Cemetery.
