Clyde V. Testone, 73, of Conway, passed away October 14, 2011. He was born August 29, 1938, in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Mr. & Mrs. George W. Testone. He enlisted in the Navy shortly after high school and retired in 1976, after 20 years of service. He worked for Wang Labs next, retiring after 20 years. He was owner of Conway Clock, he enjoyed working on and restoring old clocks. Clyde was active in the UCT, serving as past Grand Counselor and was active in the local Masonic Lodge, Shriners and Scottish Rites. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Clyde is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cleo; one son, Daryl Testone (Amy); two daughters, Carol Yingling (Ross) and Vivian Rountree (Ron); three sisters, Inez Hodges and Violet Joyner, both of Savannah, Georgia, and Shirley Chaplin of Ellendale, Georgia; eight grandchildren, Zachary Bevill, Jason Yingling, Ashley Yingling, Lance Rountree, Nikki Testone, Jacob Testone, Autumn Rountree and Mary-Katherine Testone; and one great grandson, Tryceson Bevill.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2011, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, in Conway. Clyde's funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2011, in the Chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Beryl Cemetery, in Vilonia.

The Testone family would like to extend a special thanks the the staff at Conway Regional Medical Center, Salem Place Nursing Home and Rehab and Dr. Issam Makhoul at UAMS.

Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home-Conway 327-7727.
