February 3, 1902 - September 10, 1970
Miss Blanche Williford, 140 California Ave., retired florist, died Thursday afternoon in a local hospital after a brief illness. Miss Williford was well known here as a florist for over thirty five years, until her retirement five years ago. She was born in Sayre, Ark., the daughter of Willis and Katie Williford, and a Methodist. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mildred Wright of Little Rock; two brothers, Leslie Williford of New Orleans, and I. F. Williford of Camden and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Proctor's Chapel, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. (Camden News - September 11, 1970)
