Oliver "Buddy" Fulmer, 77, of Lafayette, La., died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, in Lafayette. Born July 11, 1931, in the Beryl community, he was the son of the late Claude and Lilly (Diehl) Fulmer.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by a brother, Jimmy Fulmer of Greensboro, N.C.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Rex Fulmer, Paul Fulmer and Claude Fulmer Jr.; and two sisters, Maedean Edwards and Rosemary Shaddox.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Beryl Cemetery in Vilonia.
