April 13, 1919 - December 5, 1976
Maurice W. Sullenberger, 57, of Norman, Okla., formerly of Camden, died Sunday. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Proctors Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Proctors Funeral Home of Camden. Mr. Sullenberger was a mechanical engineer for Barrett Body Works of Oklahoma City and a Methodist. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Evelyn Bennett Sullenberger; a son, Gale Sullenberger of Fayetteville; a daughter, Mrs. Walter Hedricks of Norman; his mother, Mrs. Ida Sullenberger of Camden; two brothers, Dr. A. G. Sullenberger of Pine Bluff and Dave E. Sullenberger of Shreveport, La.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary E. Hess of North Little Rock, Mrs. J. S. Umsted of Memphis and Mrs. Russ Jagoditsh of Monroe, La. and a grandchild. (Camden News - December 7, 1976)
