John Lewis Baldwin, aged 53, school teacher and farmer, died suddenly at his home, two miles northeast of Vilonia, today. He is survived by his wife; a son, Pvt. John A. Baldwin, who is in the South Pacific; two daughters, Mrs. Roy Clouse of Pittsburg, Cal., and Mrs. J. Hayden of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; three brothers, Jesse of Hot Springs, W.D. of Benton and H.L. Baldwin of Bauxite; and a sister, Mrs. Frank Baird of Little Rock

Mrs. Vada E. Baldwin, 78, of 2500 Willow House Apartments, North Little Rock, widow of John L Baldwin, died Wednesday. Mrs. Baldwin was a Baptist and a member of the Eastern star. Surviving are a son, John A. Baldwin of Texas; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Burial Will be in Vilonia Cemetery.
