September 25, 1866 - February 26, 1966
Paul V. Merritt, 63 of Camden, died Saturday night in a North Little Rock hospital, following a lengthy illness. He was a retired butcher; a member of First Baptist Church, and a veteran of WWII. Mr. Merritt is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Joe Russell of Warren, one son, James Merritt of Phoenix, Arizona, two brothers, Albert Merritt of Bearden and Maxie Merritt of Little Rock. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Annex Cemetery with Proctor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
